To incorporate a company, you must first submit the following details to us and email to us at enquiry@comsetup.com.my

• Proposed company names. If the proposed names contain abbreviation words please state its meaning (if any).
• Principal business activities of the proposed company.
• Photocopy of identity card for all directors and shareholders who are Malaysian.
• Photocopy of Passport for all directors and shareholders who are Foreigner.
• Photocopy of Registration Certificate and its relevant documents for Corporate Shareholder.
• Latest proof of residential addresses for all directors such as utility bills (if applicable).
• Paid-up capital of the proposed company.
• Business occupation, email and contact number for all directors.
• Business occupation, email and contact number for all shareholders.
• Shareholding percentage for each shareholder.

*IMPORTANT NOTE:

Minimum 1 resident director is required to set up a private limited company in Malaysia. Any foreigner with a work permit / permanent resident (PR) / MM2H holder or dependent pass (DP) holder may be considered as Resident Director provided proven documents are given to certify his/her status.

1. Email the above require information and documents to us at enquiry@comsetup.com.my
2. We will conduct company names searches to check the availability of the proposed company names.
3. Inform you the available proposed name(s) and revert to you soonest possible not later than 24 hours.
4. You are then required to confirm your top preference of the proposed name among the available names.
5. Email to us the confirmed proposed name for reservation of name together with all the required information.
6. Please bank in / transfer the payment into our bank account and email to us the payment slip for verification purposes.
7. We will then proceed to submit the proposed company name for name search reservation.
8. Once the proposed name is approved, we will prepare the incorporation documents.
9. All Directors and Shareholders are required to sign the incorporation documents.
10. We will then proceed to compile the incorporation documents. Thereafter submit the same to SSM.
11. Upon approval of registration documents, SSM will issue a Certificate of Incorporation i.e. Section 17.
12. Thereafter submit the remaining forms to SSM.
13. You will then be given SSM forms for Section 15, Section 17, Section 14, and Section 58 & 236(2) upon post incorporation.

One-Day Fast Incorporation is feasible if the SSM MyCoid system is available and stable at the time of submission.
